Background Colour not (always) working

I have an SfCheckBox which is ALWAYS showing BackgroundColor = White. This checkbox is on a StackLayout with other colour, so this forced White background for the checkbox and its related text is a problem.

Curiously, exact same code, deploying to iPad simulator does NOT show the same problem. Note the iOS simulator is iOS 12 though. I cannot yet upgrade my iPad to iOS 12 as we need to test against 11. Its not a code issue, as behaviour is correct on simulator, but not on physical device. A very curious problem.

Any advice?

Thanks Paul,

The patch fix issued (so quickly!) worked so all good now.
