Installation not complete

Hello,
I want to install Syncfusion Big Data Platform on my computer. But, the installation always stop on 5% and then show complete message. I try to install again more than 5 times but i still get the same result. Is that problem caused by less space on my C: ? I hope for your help. Thank you.

Could you please follow the steps provided in the below KB article link and share the generated .7z file which consists of Syncfusion installer log files? It helps us to provide the solution for the installation issue.

Oh i'm sorry. I almost forget to update this thread. Finally the installation can complete. I think it caused by less space on my C:, and that problem solved after i provide 11 GB on my C:. I think temporary files when installation process need that space. But, thank you so much for your reply.
