How to resize CardViewItem on window resizing

How to start shrinking CardViewItems of a CardView when I shrink the window and the new height doesn't fit the CardViewItem's height? And in this case I want to show vertical CardViewItem's scrollbar if needed.

Thank you for contacting Syncfusion Support. 
 
We have prepared a sample that tries to meet your requirement. In our sample, we have bounded the Width of the CardView to the CardViewItem using ItemContainerStyle to shrink the CardViewItem when shrinking the window and also enable the VerticalScrollBarVisibility by overriding the template of CardViewItem, so that it will be visible when needed. Please download the sample for your reference.
