Tooltip is not covering the background

Hello ,

I'm showing tooltip and trackball info. in my current graph.As you can see this graph is having a goal line(i.e. 85%).

Whenever i tap to show tooltip or trackball info this goal line is not covering(not coming in background.).The graph part gets covered but this line still shows.I have attached screenshot.Please help me with this issue.

Greetings from Syncfusion, we have analyzed your query and we were able to reproduce this issue in our Volume 1 2018 release(16.1 version) and this issue is resolved from our Volume 2 2018 release (16.2 version), also recently we have rolled out our Volume 3 2018 release (16.3 version) so we recommend you to update to our latest stable version from the below link.
