Report Viewer component

Hello,

Essential JS 1 version you have ReportViewer component. Are there ReportViewer component in Essential JS 2 version? I can not find it. If there aren't maybe there are plans when it will be?

Hi AC,

Thanks for your interest in Essential JS 2.

Currently, we don’t have any immediate plan for Report Viewer component in Essential JS 2. We would like to know more about your application use cases for report viewer. So, that it will be helpful in defining and prioritizing features from our end.

Please let us know if you require any further assistance on this.

Regards,

Is this still the case?  You have this in your documentation: https://help.syncfusion.com/angular/reportviewer/getting-started#create-your-first-reportviewer-in-angular-2

I'd like to display SSRS or SyncFusion Reporting Framework reports in my Angular 2+ application.  Any recommendation would be appreciated.

Hi Troy,

Actually the initial conversation in forum is related to Report Viewer component available in Essential JS 2 which will have controls created based on pure javascript and ReportViewer component is not currently planned for immediate implementation in Essential JS 2.

The documentation shared by you refers to Essential JS 1 Report Viewer component which is created based on jquery and it will support Angular 2. Please refer the documentation shared to get start with loading reports and let us know in case of any additional guidance needed.
