header checkbox and disabled touch is not compatible

Hi.

As you can see in the below image, I've checked the header checkbox and it should have checked each row checkbox, but It didn't work. 

Once I change the "enabledtouch" parameter from false to true, it worked. So, can you tell me how to fix it in order to not change this parameter?

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support. 

Based on your query we prepared a sample by setting the column type as checkbox and enableTouch as false. In our sample we can reproduce the reported issue only when field property is enabled to checkbox column.  

Kindly confirm us whether you are facing this issue only when field value is enabled in the checkbox column and also share the following details, 

1. Complete code example of Grid. 

2. Essential Studio Version details.

Thanks for update.  

Using your grid model we prepared a sample in 15.3.0.26 version, but we unable to reproduce the reported issue out end. For your convenience we have attached the sample in JSPlayGround

We can reproduce the reported issue only when field property is enabled for checkbox column along with enableTouch as false. In your grid model we found that you have given empty string for the field in checkbox column. 

Kindly share the following details which will be helpful for us to reproduce 

1. You have mentioned that issue is reproduced when enableTouch as false. But in the shared grid Model you have defined the enableTouch as true. So, please ensure that you have shared proper grid model.
