Drag Crop area is sticky on iOS

Morning,

Dragging the selected crop area around the picture when using the crop functionality feels very sticky. This makes it difficult to select the precise area. 

After testing a little it seems to always happen when dragging the area up. Suddenly the selected crop area gets stuck while my finger still continues going up.  

Also, just holding the area will move it slowly down and right. 

Resizing the crop area has no trouble.

Greetings from Syncfusion, we have analyzed the reported issue and we are able to reproduce the issue "Crop area while moving up automatically moves slightly to the bottom right and at certain point it stops as it leaves the finger recognition"  we have logged a defect report on this and the fix for this issue will be available in our upcoming Volume 3 release which is scheduled to be rolled out at the end of September 2018. We appreciate your patience until then.
