Problem with position of Excel Filter popup

Hello.

I'm having a problem with the position of Excel Filter popup, the position of the filter popup goes down when I open it after I scroll down the page.

Here is how the page look like:

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion Support.  
 
The reported issue may occur due to the changes in the jQuery 3.3.0 and later versions. This has been fixed in our Essential Studio Volume 1 SP2 2018 Release (16.1.0.37). Could you please ensure the following details to proceed further on this?  
 
  1. Version of the Essential Studio
  2. Version of the jQuery
 
Also provide the following files for validating the issue at oure end.  
 
  1. View page (where you placed the Grid)
  2. Script and CSS references (including custom CSS and script files)
  3. Master page of the application.

i have the same problem with version 18.3.40 and jquery 3.3.1 with bootstrap 4.4.1

We have checked your reported problem by preparing sample but we are unable to reproduce the issue at our end.

After referred the above sample, still facing an issue please share us the following details. 
  1. Complete  grid code example.
  2. If possible, reproduce the reported issue in the shared sample Or share the issue reproducible sample.

it solved with me with changing the enableRtl to false
but if i change to true the error come again

why ejs-grid not rendered  on jsplayground

Thanks for the update. 
 
Query: enableAlt set to true results in script error 
 
We have checked the same in the updated sample but we didn’t face any error when setting enableAlt to true and without using enableAlt we are unable to reproduce the issue with mentioned version.  
 
We have prepared a sample with enableAlt and please refer it from the below sample link, 
 
Still facing issue after referring the above sample , please get back to us with the below details in order to provide you the solution as early as possible. 
  1. Share the screenshot of the error faced in your project.
  2. Share us the complete Grid code example.
  3. If possible please reproduce the issue in the attached sample Or share the issue sample.
 
Query: Why ejs-grid is not rendered on jspalyground 
 
Since ejs-grid is the .net Core framework, jsplayground does not support the .net Core framework.  
 
Please refer to the below help documentation and API link for ejs-grid,
