location of the grid in vb.net language

Eu segui o passo a passo para a tradução de SfDataGrid em linguagem C # e funciona, mas quando eu faço os mesmos procedimentos em vb.net não funciona

I tried to translate the example that sent me but I do not get it, in C # it works normally, but in vb I do the same thing and it does not translate, attached example for you to understand better.

Hi Rodrigo, 

Since the manifest name of the C# is distinct from the VB project, it cannot able to fetch the information from the resource file.  
We have confirmed this is a defect. So, we have logged the bug report for this issue "Sample level localization is not working on the VB project" and it will be available on our upcoming release 2018 Volume2 SP2 which will be expected on end of August.
