ReportViewer and Razor Pages

Hello. Please provide an example of using ReportViewer in Razor Pages (not MVC) with a local report file (without ReportServer). Thanks.

Ok.  I upgraded your sample project to ASP NET Core 2.1 and it works. But how to change/set up such a report and how to bind it to the project data model?
Thanks. 
Or can the report only be bind to a database?

You can use either desktop designer or web designer to design reports which will be loaded in Asp.Net Core Report Viewer.  
 
Please find the help documentation to get start with Syncfusion Report Designer.

Note: Web Designer has feature limitations and we are working on with pending features and will be available in upcoming releases.

Hi Costa, 

As per our plan of having the reporting components as separate from our Syncfusion Essential Studio, we have introduced Bold Reports from Syncfusion. Based on this we will not have further feature updates with Syncfusion Essential Studio reporting products from now onwards. So, you have to start using our Bold Reports for Reporting controls. 

Please refer the below getting started document for creating Report Viewer sample in ASP.NET Core Razor Pages,
