Need to capture changes to checked items on CheckedTreeView

I have a view with a checked tree view and a list box (see attached pic).
I want to update the list with the tree view items that are checked / unchecked.

Is there an event I can handle ? I didn't see one in TreeViewAdv choices.

Hi Steve,

Thank you for contacting Syncfusion support.

In TreeViewAdv, we did not have direct support to detect the check state changed but this can be achieved from TreeViewAdvItem template. We can customize the TreeViewAdvItem by different Templates in TreeViewAdv. For your reference, we have prepared a sample for TreeviewAdv and it can be downloaded from below location.

Please refer the below link to know more about customizing TreeViewAdvItem using Templates.

I am able to capture the changes in the checked statuses now.
I notice that just selecting a tree item's caption also checks / unchecks the check box.

Is there an option to only consider the item checked if the box itself is explicitly clicked in, as opposed to just selecting the line at all ?

That makes sense, separating the checkbox and the textbox.
Works great now. Thanks.
