Capture error when loading document

Question

I am using the mvvm design pattern with the pdfviewer. How can I capture the error when the viewer cannot load a document?

Error handling in the PDF viewer control is done in the control level itself and in case if PDF viewer could not load the PDF Document in the PDF viewer, it will display a notification bar, from which the error details can be acquired. Please find the screenshot of the notification bar in the PDF viewer below.
