Deployment issues

I have deployed projects before with no problem but recently I deploy them and it says they used a trial version of syncfusion. Any idea as to why this is? We have purchased Syncfusion WPF and have previously deployed projects without issue.

Hi Caleb Kliewer,

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support.

Syncfusion introduced the licensing system from v16.2.0.41 for Syncfusion NuGet packages and evaluation setup. You have to generate the license key and register it when launch of your application as specified in the below help documents if you referring the Syncfusion NuGet packages.

Also, please refer this blog post for understanding the licensing changes introduced in Essential Studio.

Could you please share the below information if still issue persists?

  1. Screenshot of the issue.
  2. Whether the Syncfusion assembly reference as NuGet packages in your application?
