HTML to PDF Converter

Question

I want to try out the HTML to PDF controller from Syncfusion for .NET Core. I am not finding the Syncfusion.HTMLConverter.Portable.dll anywhere in the files I downloaded and installed. Where do I find it? What package should I download?
