Authorization has been denied for exporting PDF

Hello,

I deployed the Syncfusion Report Platform (Virtual Machine) based on:

https://help.syncfusion.com/report-platform/report-server/azure-deployment/vm

Everything is working fine, except the export in the report viewer.
When I try to export a report, I got the message below:

"Authorization has been denied for this request"

This message appears for all users, including the administrator:

Thanks in advance
Robson
