Syncfusion Digitally Signed setup does not have the Project Migration tool and it has only the Syncfusion assemblies which is digitally signed.
In order to use the Project Migration tool, please install any of the below following Syncfusion platform setup which supports “
Project Migration”
1) ASP.NET EJ1
2) UWP
3) Windows Forms
4) WPF
which will contains, Project Migration tool under the below location
Location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Syncfusion\Essential Studio\{Platform} \16.2.0.41\Utilities
