How do I initialize the sidebar inside the _layout.cshtml?

I can not understand how to initialize the sidebar inside the _layout.cshtml in a mvc project

We have checked your query. Sidebar can be initialized in the _Layout.cshtml page of an ASP.NET MVC project. To meet your requirement, we have prepared a sample application by initializing the Sidebar in the _Layout.cshtml page. Now I understand how to do it.

I ask you something else, I saw that in the documentation related to the Docking Sidebar for images (Home -Settings etc ..) is used:

#dockSidebar .home :: before {

         content: '\ e7a4';

     }

     #dockSidebar .profile :: before {

         content: '\ e7d4';

     }

     #dockSidebar .info :: before {

         content: '\ e7e7';

     }

     #dockSidebar .settings :: before {

         content: '\ e7cf';

     }

Where I find I can find the codes for other images such as exit - graphs etc
