Selected state stroke color/thickness appear to have no effect

Changing a shape file layer's selected state stroke color and stroke appear to have no effect on the map. This was tested in a xamarin forms application on an android device.

Additional information:
     Shape file layer has item source binding with selected state event handler
     Stroke attributes are set in the xaml file

Query: Selected state stroke color/thickness appear to have no effect 
 
We have analyzed your query, we can be able to reproduce the reported query at our end. We have logged defect report regarding the same. The patch for the fix will be included in our upcoming vol 2 sp1 release which is expected to be rolled out by the end of June 2018.
