Chart line overflow when pinching out to zoom in on mobile browsers

Hi Syncfusion, I have a line chart with zoom enabled. On desktops, it works fine when selecting a part of the chart to zoom in. However, it does not when pinching. Would you please help me with the issue? Please check the screenshots attached. Thanks a lot.

Hi HT,

Thanks for using Syncfusion products.

We have analyzed your query with the attached screenshot. And we have tried to replicate the reported scenario, unfortunately the reported scenario is not replicated at our end. Sample used for testing, can be find from below link.
With the above sample, the chart is working fine in mobile devices while pinch zooming. Since, we are not aware of the exact scenario on which the issue is reproduced, we would like to know the following details which will be helpful in further analysis and provide you the solution sooner.

  • Try to reproduce the reported scenario with the above sample and revert us.
  • Provide your sample with replication steps.
  • Browser with version in which the issue is reproduced.
  • Could you please share the device configuration in which you have tested?

Thanks,
Baby.

Hi Baby Palanidurai,
thanks for your reply.

I tried many ways but cannot reproduce the issue in your sample. I can confirm that the issue only happens on Safari (both desktop and mobile versions) on iOS 11.3. I tried to debug the issue on Safari and saw that the element g with an id 'track_svg_SeriesCollection' seems too big. May that be the cause? Please check out the attached image. Thanks a lot.
