Set FontFamily is not working

Hi,

I'm trying to use SfNumericUpDown control, when I set FontFamily property it is not working.
I tried setting FontFamily through Font property also, but it is also not working.

Syncfusion version: 16.1.0.37.

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion Support.

We have checked the FontFamily Property in SfNumericUpDown Control. It is working as expected. We have prepared a sample using SfNumericUpDown Control. Please have the sample from the below link.

Please check with the sample provided and if the issue still persists from your side. Please provide the following,

1. Modified Sample which replicates the issue in your side.
2.The platform with which you could reproduce the issue.

Thanks for your quick response.

I have checked your sample project,  it just used a system font-family.

In my project I want to use a custom font with a TTF font file.

I have modified your sample project and add my custom font to SfNumericUpDown control and a label.

It shows perfectly on label control and also works fine in SfNumericUpDown control in iOS platform.

I have problem in Android platform.

Please check modified project that I have attached.

Hi Armin,

We have not provided support for the custom font with a TTF font file. We will work on the reported behaviour and the fix will be available in Volume 2 Sp 1 release which is expected to be rolled out by the end of June 2018.

Hi Rabhia,

But as I mentioned it works well on iOS platform now. The problem is only on Android platform.
Anyway, thanks for your kind support. 
I'm looking forward to adding this feature to the Android platform.

Thanks for the update.

As promised earlier we will implement the feature for FontFamily Support for TTF font file in SfNumericUpDown Control. And the feature will be available in Volume 2 Sp 1 release which is expected to be rolled out by the end of June 2018. We will let you know once it has been released.

I'm using v16.2.0.46 of Syncfusion controls.
But still, FontFamily attribute with a custom TTF font file does not work properly.
