Can insert image from my pc to display in a forum question

Hello. I am trying to create a question to this forum but I don't now how to insert a image from my pc. Can you please help me. Also cant insert zip file.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.   
               
Our RTE doesn’t drag and drop of image from the file explorer and it doesn’t support the web file URL to upload the image like below

You can insert the images into RTE in the following ways.     
   
1)     Copy and paste the image into RTE using keyboard action (Ctrl + v)     
2)     Copy and paste the image into RTE using browser menu (right click, Click the paste option).     
3)     Copy the image URL address and insert it the image using RTE image dialog.     
  
There was an issue with attachment of Zip file and we have resolved it now. You should be able to attach without any issues now.
