Pdf document - context menu and selected text - this is possible?

Hello, Team
This is my user case:

1.I need to display the Pdf document in my WPF app.
2.Select a word, phrase, paragraph.
3.For the selected text, display the context menu with actions.
4.Change the color for the selected word.

I found the component PdfViewer, but if I understood correctly it does not support these points(3,4).

If so, then can I convert my pdf document into a word document?

Thank you for contacting Syncfusion support.

At present we do not support highlighting, underlining and striking through the selected text by using the context menu. Also, we do not support changing the selected text color in the PDF document and convert the PDF document into Word document using PdfViewerControl. We have already logged these as a feature request in our database and we do not have any immediate plans to implement these features. We will consider to implement these features in any of our upcoming releases. We will update you when these features has been implemented.
