Reportviewer parameter

Hi,
I updated my syncfusion project to v 16.1.0.37, the other controls work well, but the reportviewer no longer displays the paramater dropdownlist.
I create a new project (with sample creator tool)to test the Reportviewer, I copy the same code in this new project and it works fine, so I copied the scripts and the content into my basic project but nothing changes (the issue still exists).
Do you have suggestions please?

Regards,
Anis

Hi Anis,

We have validated the mentioned problem based on your shared snaps and the report is working properly in 16.1.0.37 product version. So we have prepared a simple sample with the assembly and could you please confirm whether the sample is working properly at your end, which can be downloaded from below location.

Output snap

If the issue still persists, then modify the sample to reproduce the issue at our end and it will be helpful for us to provide the solution at the earliest.

Hi,
I've already mentioned that I created a sample and the reportviewer works properly, and I also check the assembly and webconfig file.
I can not reproduce the issue in this sample.

Do you have any suggestions for finding the error?

Regards,
Anise

Hi Anis,

We suspect the mentioned problem occurs due to mismatch in the versions of “ej.web.all.min.js” script file and “Syncfusion.EJ.ReportViewer.dll” assembly referred in your application respectively. So, we request you to refer the “ej.web.all.min.js” script file and “Syncfusion.EJ.ReportViewer.dll” assembly file of same build version in your application to avoid the mentioned problem at your end.

Regards,
Yuvaraj D.

Hi,
I copied the “ej.web.all.min.js” script file from your sample to my project and checked the version of “Syncfusion.EJ.ReportViewer.dll” assembly, but I still have the problem.
You find below the files (scripts, assembly, content) used in my project.

Regards,
Anis
