Multiple filters for comparison

I want to create a bar chart with multiple filters for comparison and benchmarking.
The columns in my excel are :

Date, VesselName, PerformanceIndicatorID, PerformanceRating (number)

I need up to five different filters to compare the performance rating.
Filters should be Date and VesselName
For example :
Filter1-> Select Date : 'Current Quarter' and Select Vessel : 'Vessel x'
Filter2-> Select Date : 'Current Year' and Select Vessel : 'Vessel y'
Filter3-> Select Date : 'Current Year' and Select Vessel : 'All Vessels'

And the Chart should be like this

Hi Kate,

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion Forum.

Your requirement can be achieved by using 5 different chart for each set of filters.

For the Date picker 1 (Select Period 1) you can configure Date and set the listener widget as chart 1  and for the list box 1 (Vessel Filter 1) you can configure the VesselName and set the listener widget as chart 1. Similarly, you can do the same for all the remaining 4 charts by configuring different set of filters. Since, You could not use the singe chart to show the five different filter values.

Refer the below link for configuring the filters.

Please let me know if you have any concern on this.

Surya

Dear Surya,
  Thanks for your early reply.
Unfortunately this is what I've been told to do ...  I know it's bizarre ..., I was thinking that trying your dashboard designer could be possible ...

Anyway, I'd like to ask one more question regarding the bar chart comparison.
Is there a way to compare one or more selected vessels from a list, with the total fleet ?

Thanks in advance

Hi Kate,

Your requirement can be achieved with the help of two charts.

Configure the chart1 as in the image you mentioned in your previous update and set it as a slave for Select Vessels List box. And Configure the Chart 2 with the Average rating value alone and set it as a slave widget for Fleet.

Now you can compare the selected vessels value (displayed in Chart1 ) with the total fleet (displayed in chart 2) as per the selections made on Select Vessels List box and Fleet List box.

Please let us know whether the above response satisfies your requirement and if you need any further assistance on this.

Regards,
Surya.
