Can't open dialog with a button

Hello, I've copied the same code there is on sample page (http://mvc.syncfusion.com/demos/web/dialog/modeldialog), but it does not work. When the page start the ModalDialog open, but when I close it, no more open.

I want to use the modal dialog to edit data in a grid, because i new severals customs fields.

My view code is attached

We have checked your shared code and we are unable to replicate your mentioned issue. We can able to close and again open that Modal dialog with the button. Based on this, we also couldn't proceed with your provided information. So Could you confirm the below details, to check the issue further?     
 
  • Open your console window and check for any console errors and share the issue screenshot or video, if any. 
  • What is you actual requirement? Whether you want to use our Dialog directly or open with in Grid?
  • If possible, please use our sample to reproducible your issue sample to validate from our side?
  • What is the exact Syncfusion version that you are using?
