Percentage formatting bug on latest version (16.1.0.32)

Hey guys, first of all I'd like to congratulate you on the good work, keep it up!

I've been using the excel converter, and I noticed that when I use the newest version (16.1.0.32) the percentage formatting freaks out, but if I use the old version (16.1.0.24) on the same excel sheet I got them right.

I'm using the same code as the sample, and I'll attach the files that have been generated.

Hi Marcos, 

Thank you for contacting Syncfusion support. 

We are able to reproduce the issue with “Exception is raised while parsing numeric value in Brazil culture”. We have handled another fix while parsing numeric value which cause this issue in Brazil culture. However, we have logged a defect report for this issue. We will include the fix in our upcoming release 2018 Volume 1 SP – 2 which will available by end of April 2018.
