Grids are not responding on Mobile devices

Question

Good afternoon,

We have a grid on the page and have set the ".IsReponsive(true)" & ".EnableResponsiveRow(true)", however, the grid is not responsive when viewing on a mobile device. This is constant across different browsers as well, we have tried Chrome and Edge and the grids are just displaying as they would from a laptop/desktop. We have referred to the "ejgrid.responsive.css" as per the documentation online as well.

Could you please advise what is wrong or what we have missed?

We have analyzed your query and we have prepared a sample as per your suggestion.We are not able to reproduce the reported issue.

We have ensured the sample by rendering in the mobile mode and issue is not reproduced at our end.  

So kindly share the following details to reproduce the reported issue at our end. 


Share the full grid rendering code
Share the screenshot of script error in console window if any(Desktop view).
Share the Essential Studio Version (XX.X.X.XX)
If possible try to reproduce the reported issue in provided sample.
Try to provided issue reproducible sample.
Share the details how you have hosted the sample and ran in mobile devices.
