How can I set background image for the sftabview?

Hi Subash Adhikari,

Sorry for inconvenience,

In SfTabview we cannot have a Background image property for setting the background image but this can be achieved by setting the image inside the tabview content and it’s like as a background image. We have created a sample for setting a background image in inside the tab content item. please find the sample from the following link.

This is not what I actually want. What is want is to set the background of sftabview header. The place where title is displayed.

Query: How to set the background image of SfTabview header.

We can set the custom background image for SfTabView Header using HeaderContent property and we have also attached the sample, which we have implemented the same. Please find the sample for the below link.

Thank you for your response. I ended up using the same way you described. But I would love to be able to set a single image for all header contents. Like in picture below.

 

Instead of diving them into
    

as you can see this looks wired! And I personally dont feel like this is a single entity as in reality this is. But as Syncfusion doesnot have the feature available your answer can be marked as a temporary solution, and I hope this feature gets added.

In our current implementation we do not have support for "Single image for all header contents". So, we have considered your requirement "Single image for all header contents in SfTabView" as a feature request. It will be available in our upcoming 2018 Vol 2 release.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Due to some stability and priority features we have not implemented the feature "Background image for tab header". We will implement this in our Volume 3 SP1 release which will be in the end of October 2018.
