Merge cells

Hi all,

I want to know if it is now possible to merge cells and how?
I know that it wasn't possible cause of this thread https://www.syncfusion.com/forums/126115/merging-column-headers-in-an-sfdatagrid

But that is 2.5 years old. Any news on that?

Thank you for helping us define this feature. 
 
Currently we don’t have support for “Merge cells” in our SfDataGrid (Xamarin platform). We have added it to our feature request list. It will included in any our upcoming release.
