Print operation

Hi,
By enabling the grid's print feature, it happens that if I cancel the print operation, the Add or Delete buttons in the toolbar remain disabled.

We have analyzed your query and we are unable to reproduce the reported issue “After cancelling the print operation, add or delete toolbar icon get disabled” from our end. 

We have prepared a sample and it can be downloadable from the below location. 


Please provide the following details for better assistance. 

  1. Share screen shot or video demonstration of the issue.
  2. Share exact or proper replication procedure to reproduce the issue.
  3. If possible share the sample or reproduce the issue in the attached sample.
  4. Share Essential Studio version and browser version detail.

Hi Pio, 

We have checked your given code example and we are able to reproduce the reported issue from our end.  

We have confirmed the issue “While printing the Grid Add, Delete toolbar item get disabled” is a defect and logged a defect report. The fix for the issue will be included in our Volume 1, Service Pack 1 2018 which has been scheduled to be rolled in the end of March 2018.

I have updated nuget to 16.1.0.32 but the issue persists.

We regret for the inconvenience caused.  
 
Due to some complexity in the issue “While printing the Grid Add, Delete toolbar item get disabled ” is not included in Volume 1, Service pack 1 2018. The fix for the issue will be included in Volume 1, Service Pack 2 2018 which has been scheduled to be rolled out at the month of April 2017.
