Syncfusion Controls Explorer App

Can anyone confirm if the Syncfusion Controls Explorer is working fine or not. Because on my Note 8 as I have updated to Android Oreo today whenever I am opening the app it is simply loading a white blank screen on the start up and crashes itself automatically after few seconds. Any idea how to fix it?

Could you please try uninstalling the application and install it again. You can find the application in the below link.

If you are still facing the issue, we kindly request you to follow the below steps.

 

  1. Connect your device using USB and open visual studio in your machine.
  2. For Visual Studio for Mac, Go to View -> Pads --> Device log and chose your device. For Visual Studio for Windows, check this link.

  1. Clear the existing logs.
  2. Now try launching the app. If the app crashes, you can find the error log in the "Device log" window.

Hi Samsudeen, yes! The Syncfusion app started working just fine upon the uninstall and reinstallation. I assume the app error was mainly due to the android update and upon reading several forum regarding same error with the apps I found this is a common error with the OS update. Thanks a lot for the help :)
