Hi Mate,

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support.

This exception may occurs, if you are using different version of Syncfusion assemblies and QtBinaries. So, make sure to use the Syncfusion assemblies and QtBinaries from the same WebKit Installer. We usually do changes in the assemblies and QtBinaries for every release. The assemblies and QtBinaries for a specific version can be get by installing the WebKit HTML converter.

Please refer below KB link to overcome the failed to convert webpage exception.

If still the exception occurs, please provide us the code snippet, input HTML/URL and environment details such as OS, culture setting, bit version etc. it would help us to proceed with further.

Hi, versions are same (15.1.0.33) and all dlls, whole qtbinaries in the program folder:

Syncfusion.Compression.Base.dll
Syncfusion.HtmlConverter.Base.dll
Syncfusion.Pdf.Base.dll
QtBinaries\

After installing the WebKit HTML Converter (from here: https://www.syncfusion.com/support/directtrac/downloads/15_1_0_33) everything is working fine on non development PCs.

But is it really necessary? If not, what could be the problem?

Hi Mate,

There is no need to install WebKit installer, the required assemblies and QtBinaries are enough for converting HTML to PDF. We can have web meeting to find the exact root cause of this exception. We have created a support incident under your account, please let us know your availability for web meeting through the incident.

Please log on to our support website to check the incident for further updates.
