Word to PDF Converter line-breaks and font-weight are broken

Hi!
The formatting of my template which is a .docx file seems to get lost when converting to PDF.
Here are some pics:
This is from the generated Docx file:

Here is the same paragraph after converting it to PDF:

As you can see the underline of the header is kind of off. The "40" is inserted via a MailMerge field. Also the overall font-weight is completely different - should be like in the last line of the Pdf image....
What might cause this?

Hi Paul,

Thank you for contacting Syncfusion support.

Regarding Underline spacing issue:
We can reproduce the mentioned underline spacing issue while converting a Word document to PDF and the fix for the issue will be included in our upcoming release 2018 Volume 1 Service Pack 1, which is expected to be available on March 2018.

Regarding Font weight issue:
Font weight in the Word document will differ when comparing with PDF document. So, we request you to compare the DocIORenderer generated document with PDF document generated using Microsoft word. We are unable to reproduce the reported issue from our side (i.e., font weight differs inside a paragraph). The sample which we used at our end to reproduce the issue can be downloaded from the following link.

So, could you please provide us the input Word document which is used at your end or modify the above sample? So that we can analyze further in line with your requirement and provide exact solution at the earliest.

Note: If you have any confidential data in your Word document, please replace with some dummy data and provide us the same. We just need your document to recreate the problem you face.

Regards,
Dilli babu.
