Grid edit not showing dropdownlist value

Hi,

I'm trying to setup a editable grid with dropdownlists and datepickers, but I'm having a couple of problems.

My first problem is when I try to edit a row the dropdownlists don't select the value that was being shown on the table, they all appear empty.

My second problem is that when I have a required on my datetime parameter the watermark text doesn't appear.
