Styling SfBulletGraph

Hi,
I am attempting to style the SfBulletGraph like in the attached image. I have attempted to copy the template via visual studio, but it always says the copy fails. I have changed the stroke to the proper color and put the labels as cross, but I'm unable to edit them template to create the label to the right and place the boarder around the graph. Can you please assist?
