Thanks for using Syncfusion products,

Query: “Single finger panning support"

Since we have support for freehand drawing and moving the shapes over the image in single finger, we have given panning support with two finger supports. If we had given panning with one finger then we may get conflicts between freehand drawing and panning. So, this is the reason why we have implemented the panning with two finger supports.
However, we have considered your request to enable panning in single finger and logged feature report for this. We will include this any one of our volume release.
