.Locale doesn't change the decimal separator

Question

Hi,I'm trying to display decimal values like  19,5  (mind the comma) in the regionale "nl-BE".At the end of the treegrid I added .Locale("nl-BE")but I'm still getting 19.5  (with a point).Could you provide a simple example to get this working?Thanks,Gaston
