How do you uninstall Syncfusion Essential Studio completely manually? Apps & Features on Windows 10 uninstaller crashed on me. So I believe I now have orphaned files laying around everywhere.

I foundhttps://help.syncfusion.com/common/faq/how-to-uninstall-the-syncfusion-setup-manually but the Windows Installer Cleanup utility throws a VB Runtime Error.

Is there an update to this?

I'd like to clean up my system before installing the latest version of Syncfusion Essential Studio.

Hi Dave,

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support.

Please follow the steps suggested in the below KB article link to remove the Syncfusion setup manually.

After following the steps in the above KB, please remove the Syncfusion related packages from the below location if any.

Location:
%userprofile%\.nuget\packages

Also, the Windows Installer Cleanup utility is the Microsoft suggested utility for removing the entries from your machine. If that utility itself didn’t run properly in your machine, please ensure that other applications are working properly.

If you get this VB error, make sure you are running the Windows 10 Installer as an administrator (right click, run as administrator), otherwise you get this vb error.
