Strange page formatting affect from post found on the forum

and for some reason when i am typing in this field it wants to scroll down like this:

which is pretty annoying because I can't see when I am typing. I figure you guys can figure something out...

Hi Matthew, 

The issue occurred due to the styles were updated wrongly in our side. We have resolved this issue and now it’s working fine. 

Please let me know the concerns if any.
