Schedule appointments renders fine using Chrome but not using Internet explorer

Hello,

When I render Schedule control using Chrome, it renders fine.

However, when I load the same page using IE, it looks like this.

So basically, all the appointments are not rendered correctly.
I initially thought this problem has something to do with upgrading Bootstrap 3 to Bootstrap 4 but it wasn't true.

Has anyone seen this problem before?

Hi Andrew,

Thank you for contacting Syncfusion support.

We suspect that jQuery version 3.2 is used in sample which could be the cause for the issue “Appointments are not displaying in IE”. Support for jQuery 3.2 is provided only in the latest version 15.4.0.17, kindly set ShowOverflowButton to false and try the latest script version with jQuery 3.2 or jQuery version 3 with your build version to overcome the issue. If issue persist, kindly share your build version, code example/ sample (if possible) to proceed further.

Regards,
Karthigeyan

Okay, I've upgraded to the latest version 15,4,0.17.
And tried to use jQuery version 3.2 and ShowOverflowButtonto false.
As a result, arrows are gone now and appointments are rendering fine but now there is white space being created at the bottom of the Schedule.
The size of white space gets bigger if there are more appointments to be displayed.

And it looks like this when there are more appointments

Hi Andrew,

Thanks for your update.

We were unable to reproduce the reported issue “extra space in the bottom of the scheduler” at our end and suspect some customization has been done in your sample which may cause the issue. We have prepared a sample for your reference which can be downloaded from the below location.

Kindly try the above sample if the issue persist still kindly try to reproduce it in the above sample and revert us or else you can show the issue during our scheduled web meeting for your incident, so that we can identify the cause and provide solution.

Regards,
Nevitha.

Okay, I was able to resolve this by upgrading DLLs and Javascript files to the latest Synfusion version.
Before, I just had DLLs upgraded.

Thank you.
