Slow response in iOS

Hi,
I am facing an issue with the sfRange slider in iOS. The issue is that when the slider is moved faster at some point the bound value does not change and later it works fine again. I have updated the dlls. But still, the issue persists.
I needed an arrangement where a Xamarin forms Switch if provided along with the slider. The purpose is to choose whether or not to give a value in the slider. When the switch is toggled, the slider moves to the minimum value and when the slider is moved the switch is toggled back. Doing this step repeatedly raises the issue in iOS.

Thanks

I am also facing this problem. Is a solution available?

Details: I observed that when setting the Maximum value to a big value -> example 50000 -> then (only on IOS) the slider is moving very slow with a lag.
Thank you

Hello Rabhia,

Thank you very much for the explanation and the example.
It worked correctly.
The problem, missing on my side was the TickFrequency - for big Maximum values -> this should be changed accordingly. (I initially put 100, then 1000 -> but is was too little for the 30.000 value)

Best regards,
Adela

Hi,

I would like to ask what was the solution for this?

RB Rabhia Beham Kathar Mideenar Syncfusion Team May 18, 2018 09:28 AM UTC

Hi Thanh,

We have checked the reported issue with the SfRangeSlider Control. We could not reproduce in the simple sample. We need further information regarding the TickFrequency, the values that are in the RangeSlider if given Maximum Value which causes the issue which will be helpful for us to analyse further and provide an appropriate solution.

Rabhia Beham K.
