ejUploadBox with REST

Question

What are the default HTTP methods for the ejUploadbox's "saveUrl" and "removeUrl"?  Can these be changed to other HTTP methods?

The default HTTP method for the ejUploadbox's "saveUrl" and "removeUrl" is POST method and it cannot be changed to other HTTP methods.
