Timepicker with value 00:00

Question

Is it possible for a timepicker with timeFormat="hh:mm" to start at "00:00" rather than "12:00"? I can't see anything in the docs that would enable this.

I'm using it to select a duration, and so I need to be able to select "00:00" for zero time, "00:30" for half an hour etc

Never mind, found the response. Using timeFormat="HH:mm" did it
