Give full permission to another user account in the Data Integration Platform

How can I provide full access to another user account within the DIP via policies?

I'm getting this error when trying to add extra policies.

We regret the inconvenience caused. We couldn’t reproduce this issue from our end. Please share replication procedure and following files from Data Integration installed location to analyze actual root cause for the problem 
 
Log files - C:\Syncfusion\DataIntegration\2.3.0.42\SDK\NIFI\logs 
Policy Authorization File - C:\Syncfusion\DataIntegration\2.3.0.42\SDK\NIFI\conf\authorizations.xml 
User file -  C:\Syncfusion\DataIntegration\2.3.0.42\SDK\NIFI\conf\users.xml 
Authorizer file - C:\Syncfusion\DataIntegration\2.3.0.42\SDK\NIFI\conf\authorizers.xml
