Unable to Filter, invalid cast exception

Hi. 

I am having trouble filtering my grid. I have 5 columns that are all enabled to filter. However when i try and filter three of the columns i am getting an error thrown at me. 

I am Unsure how this is occouring. 

Below is a copy of the HTML for the grid.  

Any Help would be appricated.
