export to PDF relations not imported with locale is set

We have analyzed your query, we could not able to conclude your exact requirement from your provided query. Either you are facing issue in locale of offset duration units in exported pdf file or else other issue. Please revert us your query with detailed explanation, This would helpful for us to serve you better. 
 
Note: In Gantt, We can define offset with various offset duration units for predecessors by using only “en-US” locale.(eg: d/day/days, m/minute/minutes, h/hour/hours). And export operation also based on only “en-US” locale text for predecessors offset duration units. Currently we don’t have support to use locale other than “en-US” format to define offset duration units for predecessors.  
 
Please let us know if you require any other assistance on this.

Sorry, I try to explain better, and my example project had an error.

I've a gantt with locale "es-ES", and I have a relathion with offset days. Similar at this image

When I export to PDF, this relathion is not setted

We regret for the inconvenience caused. 
We can able to reproduce the reported issue in your provided sample, for this we have logged a bug report as “Issue in PDF export while using predecessor with offset and locale”. 
This issue we will be fixed and it will be include in our upcoming Volume 4, 2017, SP-1 2017 release which will be expected to out at end of November 2017.
