Indoor Mapping

I'm new to Syncfusion and am looking for some guidance. I need to create an Indoor mapping tool that will show the position of items on the floor plan of a building. I haven't seen any code samples of this while looking through the website. We are looking to add this to our existing Xamarin.Forms application. Does does Syncfusion have any controls/samples that would help? Xamarin.com has some samples but it only runs on iOS( https://developer.xamarin.com/samples/monotouch/ios8/Footprint/ ) .
Thank you,
Dale

Hi Dale,

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support,

We have validated your query “Need to create an Indoor mapping tool that will show the position of items on the floor plan of a building” and your requirement can be achieved using SfMaps control. Map control will render based on the provided shape files(.shp).

We have created a simple example with Map control which depicts the Bus ticket booking system. In the sample we have provided the seat layout of the bus as data source(shapefiles) to Map control. You can also create your own custom shapefiles and control will render based on the provided shapefiles.

Can you please download the sample from the below link?

For better understanding of Maps control, please refer the following help link,

Please refer the following link to generate custom shapefiles,
