strange gif image when wait popup.

I tried to use waiting popup in our asp.net form web system and found the wait popup default image is not showing properly as attached. could you advise

We have prepared a basic waiting popup sample in Asp.net and the default image is displayed fine. Please download the sample from   
   
   
Please share us additional details on the following   
   
  1. Product version used in your sample
  2. Whether you are rendering the control in JS or Asp.Net
  3. If possible modify the attached sample to reproduce the issue, else share us a sample or code example to reproduce the issue at our end so that we can proceed further.
