selected row whem using rowTemplate

when using a rowTemplate with the grid it doesn't allow me to select a row any longer

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support. 

We have analyzed your query and found that you would like to perform selection for rowTemplate in grid.  We cannot select the rows when using rowTemplate and hence it is not feasible to achieve.
