Hi Berezkin,

Thank you for contacting Syncfusion support.

We have prepared sample to create multi-level list as per your requirement. Please find the sample from here and let us know if it helps.

Note: NumberPrefix value for the numbered list should meet the syntax “\u000N” in order to update the previous list level value as prefix to the current list level.

Please refer our UG documentation to know more about list numbering style.
